We, Zmeika Labs team, currently consisting of one developer, Herman Mikhailenko, are dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of the our online users. We understand how important privacy is to you, and are committed to creating a safe and secure environment for learners of all ages. This privacy policy («Policy») describes how the personally identifiable information («Personal Information») you may provide in the educational applications (\u201cApps») and any of its related products and services (collectively, «Services») is collected, protected and used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal information of adults<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

You can access and use the mobile applications without telling us who you are or revealing any information by which someone could identify you as a specific, identifiable individual. If, however, you wish to join Loyalty Program you may be asked to provide your name and e-mail address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal information of children users<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We do not collect any identifying data from kids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apps usage information<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We don’t collect any app usage information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advertising<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our apps do not contain any third party advertising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Links Within Apps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Some apps can have external links such as to our website or to the Google Play Store to allow you to find out more about our team, our products and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Geo-Location<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our apps do not collect information about the location of your mobile device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data protection rights under GDPR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights and the Operator aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Information. If you wish to be informed what Personal Information we hold about you and if you want it to be removed from our systems, please contact us.
